Returns & Refunds

Your 30-day return window
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. No restocking fee is charged, and you do not need to explain why.
How to start a return
- Email Jennifer@shop.aljarash.com or call +1 (408) 681-1393 with your order number.
- We reply within one business day with a return authorisation and address label instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it back within 14 days of receiving the authorisation.
Who pays return shipping
We cover return shipping when an item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered. For a change of mind, return shipping is paid by you; a prepaid label can be provided and the cost ($8.95) deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of your return arriving at our studio. Depending on your bank, the funds usually appear within a further 3–5 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded in full when the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Ask for an exchange when you request the return and we will reserve the replacement item for you for 14 days so it does not sell out while your parcel is in transit.
Items we cannot accept back
- Personalised or engraved pieces, unless faulty
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items with clear signs of use, washing or damage caused after delivery
Sale and clearance items are returnable on the same terms as full-price items.
Order cancellations
Call or email us before 1:00 PM ET on the day you order and we will cancel it before it ships, with a full refund and nothing to send back.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Massachusetts consumer protection law (M.G.L. c. 93A) or applicable U.S. federal law.
