Processing time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, at weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. If tracking has not updated for three business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.

Packaging

Ceramics and glass are wrapped in recycled kraft honeycomb and double-boxed. Textiles ship in recyclable paper mailers. We do not use plastic void fill.

Damaged, lost or delayed parcels

If an item arrives damaged, email Jennifer@shop.aljarash.com within 14 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we replace it at no cost to you.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, we will contact you and re-ship once for free. Repeat re-shipments are charged at the standard rate.

International orders

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and military addresses. We hope to add Canada in the future.

Sales tax

Massachusetts sales tax is applied where required by law and shown before you confirm payment. No handling or fuel surcharges are added.
